Terms & Conditions
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REBE77E website, online store, workshop-booking services, in-store services, products, and related communications.
The website and services are operated by REBE77E INC. (“REBE77E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, placing an order, or booking a workshop.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, booking a workshop, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
These policies include our:
-
Refund, Return & Workshop Policy
-
Shipping Policy
-
Privacy Policy
-
Cookie Policy
-
Any product-specific, workshop-specific, promotional, or order-specific terms displayed before checkout
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, place an order, or book a service.
Where a specific product page, workshop page, written quotation, invoice, or separate policy contains terms relating to a particular purchase, those more specific terms will apply to that purchase. All terms remain subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence to independently enter into a purchase or booking agreement with REBE77E.
If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase or booking on your behalf.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing these Terms and any applicable workshop requirements before allowing a minor to participate.
Certain workshops may have minimum-age requirements or may require a parent or guardian to remain present. Any applicable age or supervision requirement will be displayed on the relevant workshop page or communicated before the session.
3. Products and Services
REBE77E offers jewelry, handmade products, customized products, workshops, creative services, and other products or services that may change from time to time.
We may:
-
Add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a product or service
-
Limit the quantity available for purchase
-
Limit participation in a workshop based on capacity, safety, staffing, or material availability
-
Restrict sales or services where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or safety reasons
We will not unlawfully refuse service or discriminate in providing goods, services, or facilities.
4. Product Descriptions and Handmade Variations
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours, prices, and other information are accurate.
Because many REBE77E products are handmade or contain natural materials, individual pieces may have reasonable variations in:
-
Colour
-
Texture
-
Shape
-
Pattern
-
Gemstone appearance
-
Finish
-
Measurement
-
Handmade details
These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily defects.
Colours may also appear differently depending on a customer’s screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
Measurements and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Custom-made, personalized, resized, engraved, altered, and made-to-order products may differ slightly from reference images because of the handmade production process.
5. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
Product and service prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted and confirmed, except where:
-
There is an obvious pricing or technical error
-
The customer requests a change to the order
-
Additional materials, services, participants, time, or customization are requested
-
The original order information was incomplete or inaccurate
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, workshop upgrades, material upgrades, rescheduling fees, and other additional charges are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Orders and Booking Acceptance
Submitting an order or workshop-booking request does not automatically require REBE77E to accept it.
An order or booking is accepted after:
-
The required payment or deposit has been successfully processed
-
The requested product, service, date, or time has been confirmed
-
We have not identified a pricing, inventory, availability, payment, fraud, or technical issue
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where further review or confirmation is required.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product or workshop is unavailable
-
Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
-
Payment cannot be verified or completed
-
We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, resale activity, or misuse
-
The order violates these Terms or another applicable policy
-
The customer has provided incomplete, false, or inaccurate information
-
Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide the applicable refund or other remedy in accordance with the law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Customer Information and Accounts
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or booking a workshop.
You are responsible for:
-
Keeping your contact, billing, delivery, and account information current
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
-
Activities conducted through your account
-
Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity
-
Checking booking confirmations, order details, dates, times, quantities, and addresses for accuracy
REBE77E is not responsible for delays, missed communications, failed delivery, or booking problems caused by inaccurate or outdated information provided by the customer.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, repeated policy violations, or unlawful activity.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
By providing payment information, you represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
-
The information provided is accurate
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available
-
You authorize the applicable charge
REBE77E generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
If a payment is reversed, declined, disputed, charged back, or later determined to be unauthorized, we may suspend fulfillment, cancel the booking or order, withhold the product or service, and seek payment of any lawful outstanding amount.
9. Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings are subject to these Terms, the relevant workshop description, and our Refund, Return & Workshop Policy.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
-
Workshop bookings and workshop-related services are non-refundable
-
Workshop payments are not refundable to the original payment method
-
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time
-
Each booking includes up to two complimentary reschedules
-
Beginning with the third reschedule, a $30 rescheduling fee applies to each additional change
-
Any required rescheduling fee must be paid before the booking is changed
-
A requested date or time will not be held before payment and confirmation
-
Deposits and rescheduling fees are non-refundable and cannot be converted into an e-coupon or other credit
-
Eligible cancellations may be converted into a one-time-use e-coupon in accordance with the Refund, Return & Workshop Policy
-
Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund, reschedule, transfer, e-coupon, or other credit
The complete rules concerning cancellations, e-coupon calculations, deposits, rescheduling history, late arrivals, no-shows, and replacement bookings are stated in our Refund, Return & Workshop Policy.
If REBE77E cancels a workshop, affected customers will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement date or a refund of the affected workshop payment.
10. Workshop Attendance and Late Arrivals
Customers should arrive at or before the scheduled workshop start time.
Arrivals within 20 minutes can generally join the workshop, although the scheduled finishing time may remain unchanged.
Participants arriving approximately 20–50 minutes late may need to wait until an instructor is available to provide separate guidance.
Customers who expect to arrive one hour or more late must contact REBE77E before arriving. Whether the participant can join, complete the workshop, or reschedule will depend on:
-
The workshop process
-
Instructor availability
-
Remaining session time
-
Other bookings scheduled that day
-
Whether materials or equipment can still be safely prepared
Providing notice does not guarantee that the participant can join or receive a reschedule.
A participant who arrives more than one hour late without prior notice may be treated as a no-show. The booking and all associated payments may be forfeited in accordance with our Refund, Return & Workshop Policy.
11. Workshop Safety and Participant Conduct
Participants must follow all instructions provided by REBE77E instructors and staff.
Before participants use workshop tools or materials, an instructor will provide appropriate demonstrations and guidance.
Participants must not:
-
Use tools, equipment, or materials before receiving instruction
-
Operate restricted equipment without authorization
-
Interfere with another participant’s work
-
Behave in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or unsafe manner
-
Attend while impaired in a way that may create a safety risk
-
Intentionally damage REBE77E property, equipment, tools, products, or materials
Participants are not required to personally handle open flames during workshops unless a specific workshop expressly states otherwise.
Protective glasses and masks may be available upon request. Participants should inform the instructor if they require protective equipment or have a reasonable accessibility-related request.
We may pause or end a participant’s involvement where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of the participant, staff, other customers, or property.
Where a participant is removed because of serious misconduct, intentional misuse of equipment, or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions, the participant may not be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to applicable law.
12. Workshop Results and Completion
Workshop outcomes vary depending on:
-
The participant’s selected design
-
Material quantity
-
Design complexity
-
Experience and technique
-
Available workshop time
-
Drying, firing, casting, polishing, and finishing requirements
-
The natural characteristics of handmade processes
We provide instruction and reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee that every participant’s finished piece will be identical to a reference image, sample, sketch, or another participant’s work.
Some pieces require firing, casting, polishing, repair, or finishing after the participant’s session has ended.
Estimated completion and pickup times are not guaranteed and may change because of design complexity, processing requirements, equipment availability, or unexpected technical issues.
If a piece experiences a technical issue during a process completed by REBE77E, we will assess the circumstances and provide an appropriate solution where reasonably possible.
13. Deposits
A deposit may be required for private workshops, group bookings, special events, custom services, or other reservations.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, deposits are:
-
Non-refundable
-
Non-transferable
-
Not redeemable for cash
-
Not convertible into store credit, gift cards, products, services, or e-coupons
-
Applied only to the booking or order for which they were collected
Deposits reserve a specific date, time, staffing arrangement, workshop capacity, preparation period, or production commitment.
If the customer cancels, the deposit may be retained to cover preparation, administration, reserved capacity, staffing arrangements, and the reduced opportunity to accept another booking.
14. E-Coupons, Store Credit and Gift Cards
Gift cards, store credit, promotional codes, and cancellation e-coupons may be subject to different terms.
Restrictions, permitted uses, account requirements, transferability, redemption rules, and any other applicable conditions will be displayed when the credit or code is issued or purchased.
Workshop cancellation e-coupons:
-
Are not cash refunds
-
Are limited to the original purchaser’s customer account
-
Cannot be sold, transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash
-
Are intended for one-time redemption
-
Cannot be used toward deposits or rescheduling fees
-
Are subject to the rules stated in the Refund, Return & Workshop Policy
-
Remain subject to applicable consumer-protection and tax requirements
If a new booking costs more than the available e-coupon value, the customer must pay the difference.
Any tax treatment and calculation of credit value will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund, Return & Workshop Policy.
15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, final-sale items, custom products, online purchases, in-store purchases, workshop payments, and cancellation credits are governed by our Refund, Return & Workshop Policy.
A product must meet the applicable eligibility requirements before a return or exchange is approved.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, altered, resized, used, worn, damaged, final-sale, or otherwise excluded items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, order-processing periods, tracking, customs charges, undeliverable packages, address errors, and carrier-related issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing shipping information before submitting an order.
REBE77E is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, extreme weather, service interruptions, public holidays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Where a shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, customers should contact us so that we can assist with an appropriate carrier investigation where available.
17. Customs, Duties and International Orders
International orders may be subject to:
-
Customs duties
-
Import taxes
-
Brokerage fees
-
Local handling charges
-
Customs inspections
-
Delivery delays
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
REBE77E does not control customs decisions, charges, inspections, or processing times.
Refusing a delivery or failing to pay applicable import charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
18. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:
-
Are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion
-
May have eligibility requirements
-
May be limited to specific products, workshops, dates, customers, or locations
-
May not be combined unless expressly permitted
-
Have no cash value
-
Cannot normally be applied retroactively
-
May be withdrawn or corrected where published in error, subject to applicable law
Misuse, duplication, unauthorized distribution, or fraudulent use of a promotional code may result in cancellation of the discount or affected order.
19. Accessibility and Accommodation
REBE77E is committed to providing services in accordance with applicable accessibility and human-rights requirements.
Customers who require a reasonable accommodation should contact us before their scheduled workshop or visit whenever possible.
We will review accommodation requests based on the individual circumstances, the nature of the service, available alternatives, safety requirements, and applicable law.
Customers are not required to provide unnecessary medical details. We may request information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the accommodation request.

The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We will obtain separate permission where reasonably required before using an identifiable participant’s image in promotional or advertising materials.
