Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For Silver Clay Workshop

  • Silver clay is a revolutionary material that transforms from a moldable clay into solid .999 fine silver after firing. It consists of tiny silver particles mixed with a non-toxic organic binder and water.

  • Silver clay becomes fragile after drying, but as long as you follow our guidance, breakage is very unlikely. If your piece accidentally breaks into two parts, our instructor can repair it for you.
If it breaks into many small pieces, you may choose to:

    • remake your piece by paying for the additional silver clay needed (11.99 CAD/g), or

    • keep the polished fragments as a keepsake — the experience itself is priceless.

Remaking a full piece requires our instructor to guide you through the entire process again, which often takes an additional two hours. This fee reflects only the minimum labor cost involved, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Yes, you can absolutely make two pieces in one session.
There will be an additional $40 CAD fee to cover the extra firing and polishing process for the second piece.

  • While you can bring your own gemstones, we recommend using the ones provided in the workshop to ensure compatibility with the firing process. Our stones are specially selected to withstand the heat and integrate beautifully with the silver clay.

  • Just your creativity! We provide all necessary materials and tools, including silver clay and embellishments. Feel free to bring any design ideas or inspiration photos to help guide your creation

  • Absolutely! Our workshops are designed for participants of all skill levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you learn the techniques and leave with a piece you are proud of.

  • Our workshops are best suited for participants aged 15 and above. Younger enthusiasts are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

  • Each workshop spans a delightful two hours, filled with creativity and craftsmanship as you design and perfect your jewelry piece. After crafting, enjoy a brief 30-minute polishing session to add that final gleaming touch. You're welcome to take your creation home immediately, or if more convenient, pick it up on another day. For added convenience, we also offer the option to have your polished piece delivered right to your door for a delivery fee.

  • Safety is a priority in every workshop. Participants receive professional guidance before using each tool or material, and all procedures are demonstrated clearly by the instructor.

The studio does not use sharp, open-blade tools during the workshop, and participants are not required to handle an open flame.

Protective masks and safety glasses are available upon request. Please let your instructor know if you would like to use them at any point during the session.

  • We understand that delays can happen. Please call or message us as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late.

Arrivals within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time can usually join the workshop as normal.

If you arrive 20–50 minutes late, you may need to wait until an instructor is available to provide separate guidance before you begin. Your workshop end time may remain unchanged.

If you expect to arrive one hour or more late, please contact us before coming. Whether you can still join or reschedule will depend on the workshop process, instructor availability, and the studio’s bookings for that day. Accommodation is not guaranteed.

  • Effective Date: July 3, 2026

This policy applies to all workshop bookings made on or after July 3, 2026. Bookings made before this date remain subject to the policies in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the customer and REBE77E.

    Non-Refundable Workshop Bookings

All workshop bookings and workshop-related services are non-refundable and are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law or where REBE77E cancels the workshop.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund, complimentary rescheduling, e-coupon, transfer, or other credit.

    Rescheduling

Each booking includes up to two complimentary reschedules.

Each change to the workshop date or start time will count as one reschedule.

Starting from the third reschedule, a $30 rescheduling fee will apply each time another date or time change is requested.

The $30 rescheduling fee must be paid in full before REBE77E changes or confirms the new booking date or time.

Requested dates and times are subject to availability. A new date or time will not be reserved or held until the applicable rescheduling fee has been paid and the change has been confirmed by REBE77E.

All rescheduling fees are non-refundable and cannot be converted into an e-coupon, store credit, gift card, product credit, or payment toward another service.

Rescheduling counts remain connected to the original booking. Cancelling a booking, receiving an e-coupon, or using an e-coupon to create a replacement booking does not reset the number of previous reschedules.

    Cancellations and One-Time E-Coupons

Customers who submit an eligible cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time may receive a one-time-use e-coupon instead of a refund.

The e-coupon value will be based on the pre-tax workshop amount actually paid, less any non-refundable deposit, rescheduling fees, administrative charges, materials already prepared or used, or other charges already incurred in connection with the booking.

    The e-coupon:

    • Is not redeemable for cash

    • Cannot be refunded to the original payment method

    • Is limited to the original purchaser’s REBE77E customer account

    • Cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or used by another person

    • Can only be redeemed once

    • Cannot be combined with another e-coupon unless approved by REBE77E

    • Cannot be used toward a deposit or rescheduling fee

    • Must be applied to a new workshop booking at the prices available at the time of rebooking

If the new workshop costs more than the e-coupon value, the customer must pay the difference.

If the new workshop costs less than the e-coupon value, any unused balance will not be refunded, retained, transferred, or reissued.

A booking made using an e-coupon cannot be cancelled in exchange for another e-coupon. Any previous rescheduling history will continue to apply to the replacement booking.

    Late Arrivals

Customers who expect to arrive late must notify REBE77E as soon as possible.

Customers who arrive more than one hour late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. The full booking value, deposit, fees, and any other amounts paid will be forfeited.

If a customer provides notice but expects to arrive more than one hour late, REBE77E will review the situation based on the workshop process, instructor availability, remaining workshop time, and the studio’s schedule for that day.

Providing notice does not guarantee that the customer will be permitted to join the workshop, complete the workshop, or reschedule the booking.

Any accommodation, same-day adjustment, or rescheduling approval will be determined by REBE77E on a case-by-case basis. If a reschedule is approved, it will count toward the booking’s total number of reschedules, and the applicable $30 rescheduling fee may apply.

    No-Shows

A customer who does not attend the scheduled workshop and does not provide prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, reschedule, transfer, e-coupon, store credit, or any other form of compensation.

All amounts paid in connection with the booking will be forfeited.

    Deposits

All workshop deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into an e-coupon, store credit, gift card, product credit, or payment toward another service.

Deposits are collected to reserve a specific date and time, hold limited workshop capacity, arrange staffing, and prepare the necessary materials.

If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be retained to cover the reserved time slot, preparation, administration, and the reduced opportunity to accept another booking.

  • While we do not offer dedicated on-site parking at our workshop, there are plenty of convenient public parking options nearby. You can find Green Parking spaces along the streets, a public parking lot on Keewatin Ave, and a Green Parking garage on Sherwood Ave. For more details and guidance, please visit our location page. We suggest arriving a bit earlier to comfortably find parking, allowing you to start your creative experience with us stress-free.

  • Create your own fine silver jewelry from start to finish in our guided Silver Clay Workshop. No previous jewelry-making experience is required. Our instructors will demonstrate each step and help you develop your design throughout the session.

    Design and Gemstone Selection
Begin by choosing the type, shape, texture, and overall style of your piece. You can also select from our available gemstones and decorative elements to personalize your design.

    Shaping the Silver Clay
Learn how to condition, roll, shape, and form silver clay using professional jewelry-making tools. Your instructor will guide you through the process and help you adjust the proportions and structure of your design.

    Textures, Details and Gemstone Setting
Add textures, patterns, engraved details, or gemstones to complete your piece. The available techniques will depend on your selected design and workshop package.

    Drying and Refining
Once your design is complete, the piece will be dried and carefully refined. You will smooth the edges, correct the shape, and add final details before it is ready for firing.

    Firing and Polishing
After you finish making your piece, the firing and polishing process will be completed by our instructor. Participants are not required to handle an open flame or operate the firing equipment.

Firing and polishing usually take approximately two additional hours after the workshop. Your finished jewelry can normally be collected later the same day. The exact pickup time may vary depending on the design, size, and number of pieces being processed.

    Final Presentation
Once your piece has been fired and polished, it will be prepared for collection so you can take home a meaningful piece of fine silver jewelry made from your own design.
