Our workshops are best suited for participants aged 15 and above. Younger enthusiasts are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Life's little delays are understandable. If you find yourself running behind, please give us a quick call or text—we're here to help. Our workshops are carefully timed to enrich everyone's experience, so we suggest arriving a bit early to unwind and settle in. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean missing out on the session to ensure the best experience for all, but don’t worry—just reach out and we'll arrange for you to join another session with ease.
We aim to be as accommodating as possible. If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance and we will gladly provide a refund in the form of in-store credit. This credit never expires and can be used towards any of our services, giving you flexibility to join us again at a more convenient time. Need to reschedule? You can adjust your booking up to two times, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your workshop. We understand that flexibility is important and we strive to make adjustments simple and stress-free for you.
While we do not offer dedicated on-site parking at our workshop, there are plenty of convenient public parking options nearby. You can find Green Parking spaces along the streets, a public parking lot on Keewatin Ave, and a Green Parking garage on Sherwood Ave. For more details and guidance, please visit our location page.
