- Capacity: Our in-store Lip Lab can accommodate up to 14 participants per session. For groups larger than 14, clients will need to provide their own venue.

  • At our Lip Lab, you have the opportunity to craft personalized lipsticks, lip glosses, and lip balms, choosing from a range of textures and colors to match your personal style.

  • You can choose from several texture options such as sheer glow, sheer, and valet to achieve the desired finish on your lip products.

  • Most sessions last about 30 minutes- 1 hour, depending on the complexity of the product you are creating.

  • We use only high-quality, edible ingredients that are safe for cosmetic use. Each ingredient is carefully selected to ensure the safety and efficacy of your custom product.

  • Yes, once you have finished creating your lip product, it is ready to wear, and you can take it home immediately.

  • We aim to be as accommodating as possible. If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance and we will gladly provide a refund in the form of in-store credit. This credit never expires and can be used towards any of our services, giving you flexibility to join us again at a more convenient time. Need to reschedule? You can adjust your booking up to two times, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your workshop. We understand that flexibility is important and we strive to make adjustments simple and stress-free for you.

  • While we do not offer dedicated on-site parking at our workshop, there are plenty of convenient public parking options nearby. You can find Green Parking spaces along the streets, a public parking lot on Keewatin Ave, and a Green Parking garage on Sherwood Ave. For more details and guidance, please visit our location page. We suggest arriving a bit earlier to comfortably find parking, allowing you to start your creative experience with us stress-free.
