Shipping Options
We currently ship within Canada, to the United States, and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping methods, rates, estimated delivery times, and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.
All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include order processing or production time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Ready-made items are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Handmade-to-order and made-to-order items generally require 1–2 weeks for production before they are ready to ship. Individual product pages may specify a different production time.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.
REBE77E may select the appropriate shipping carrier based on the destination, package size, service availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges.
Customs processing may delay delivery. REBE77E cannot control or guarantee customs clearance times.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to update or redirect the delivery address.
REBE77E is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and the cost of reshipping the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any additional shipping charges must be paid before the order can be shipped again.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. REBE77E is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If tracking shows that a package is lost, damaged, or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us promptly. We will assist with the carrier investigation or claim where possible.
Customers should retain all original packaging and provide photographs if a package or item arrives damaged.
A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be considered.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
Some shipping methods may not be available for PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Available services will be shown at checkout where supported.
